Note about Order Shipment Times: Currently, we have a 2-4 business day processing time for most orders. All orders with express shipping methods selected are processed with priority.
Shipping Delays: Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control—COVID-19 staffing shortages, wildfires, extreme weather—shipping carriers may experience delays. We regretfully cannot reimburse shipping fees for delayed packages due to these situations.
Shipping Information: We print shipping labels based on the provided account details for 100% accuracy. We are not responsible for inaccuracies. Additionally, unless specified during checkout, we are not liable for orders once delivered to the carrier. Orders placed after 2 pm PST with expedited shipping will ship the next business day.
Holiday Closures: Dupree's Rhinestones is closed on specified holidays. Orders scheduled on these days will be processed the next business day.
Free Shipping Policy: Orders over $175 (after discounts, coupons, or reward point redemption) qualify for free USPS Ground Advantage™ shipping.

Accuracy in Shipping Addresses: We print shipping labels based on the details provided in your account to ensure 100% accuracy in shipping addresses. Please review and ensure accuracy before confirming your order.
Insurance and Responsibility After Delivery: Unless insurance is purchased during checkout, our responsibility for your order ceases after delivery to the shipping provider. We cannot be held liable for any issues post-handover to the carrier.
Order Tracking: All orders come with a tracking number enabling you to monitor and confirm proper and timely delivery of your package.
Return Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Some customized items like Breast Plates & Custom Jewelry cannot be returned.
Breast Plates Return Policy: Due to customization, breastplates cannot be refunded but may be exchanged at our discretion within one year if deemed defective.
Refunds: Approved refunds, minus shipping charges, are credited within 5 business days to the original payment method.
Exchanges: We only replace defective or damaged items. Contact us for exchanges at email@example.com.
Gift Returns: Gifted items can be returned for store credit if marked as a gift during purchase.
Shipping for Returns: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Sale & clearance items are non-refundable.
- Items returned over $75 should use a shipping service with tracking or insurance.
- We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
