Shipping & Returns
Note about order shipment times: Currently, we have a 2-4 business day processing time for most orders. All orders with express shipping methods selected are processed with priority.
Due to situations beyond our control--COVID-19 staffing shortages, wildfire conditions, and extreme weather--we are seeing delays in carriers delivering shipments. These delays are on both standard and express shipping methods. If the delay is due to one of these situations, we cannot reimburse shipping fees for packages that fail to arrive within the expected timeframe. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
We are not responsible for inaccurate shipping information, we print exactly what is on your account to guarantee 100% accuracy in shipping addresses. Also, unless you specify to us at the time of check out that you wish to have insurance placed on your items we are shipping to you, after we deliver to the post office we are no longer responsible for your order. ALL of the orders come with a tracking number to confirm proper and timely delivery of your package. Please note that any orders placed with expedited shipping service such as USPS Priority Mail Express, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, FedEx 2 Day or FedEx Overnight after 2 pm PST will ship the next business day.
FedEx Express Services
- Overnight Priority Service, arrives the next business day after day of shipment; excluding holidays.
- 2-Day Express Service, arrives in 2 business days after day of shipment; excluding holidays.
FedEx requires a physical address for delivery. If your shipping address includes a PO Box, please select an alternative shipping method.
United States Postal Service (USPS)
- Priority Mail Express Service, arrives 2-4 days after day of shipment; including Saturdays and holidays. Delivery date may vary for orders placed during the weekend with this service. Priority Mail Express will always require a signature upon delivery.
- Priority Mail Service, arrives in 3-5 business days after day of shipment; including Saturdays and excluding holidays. Priority Mail will only require a signature under some circumstances.
FedEx Ground/Home Delivery
- FedEx Ground to Commercial Businesses, arrives 1-7 business days after day of shipment; delivers Monday through Friday.
- FedEx Ground Home Delivery, arrives 1-7 days after day of shipment; delivers Tuesday through Saturday.
United Parcel Service Ground (UPS)
- UPS Ground Service, arrives in 1-8 business days after day of shipment.
- Please allow one extra day for orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska addresses.
International Shipping Information (Including Canada)
All orders shipped outside of the United States will be charged actual-cost postage as determined by our shipping carriers.
International Priority which takes 1-3 business days after day of shipment to arrive at Customs and International Economy which takes 3-6 business days after day of shipment to arrive at Customs.

USPS International Best Way Shipping
USPS International Best Way Shipping provides fast economical delivery to your location. We'll choose the best shipping option. International customers may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes that are levied after a shipment reaches the intended country.
USPS International First Class Shipping
International customers may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes that are levied after a shipment reaches the intended country.
Priority Mail International
Takes 4-8 business days to arrive at Customs.
Customs fees or taxes are separate from the shipping charges, and are not the responsibility of Fire Mountain Gems and Beads.
Customs fees and taxes will vary. Contact your local Customs office if you have any questions or concerns about these fees.
A package returned to us due to refusal of these charges will result in Fire Mountain Gems and Beads being charged for the shipping, return shipping and Customs fees, and future orders will not be accepted until these fees are reimbursed. We are unable to alter our declaration. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Dupree's Rhinestones is closed for the following holidays:
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
- New Year's Eve
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
Orders that would normally be processed on these days will be processed the following business day.
Packages in transit during these and other government holidays could be delayed depending on the carrier.
While our main facilities are closed on these holidays, you are still able to place orders online.
Free Shipping Policy:
Free Sipping on orders of $175.00 and above will be shipped Via USPS Parcel Select® Ground. This is not the fastest service and delivery ranges from 2–8 days. (Order must total over $175.00 minus any discounts, coupons and / or reward point redemption.)
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Customized goods such as Breast Plates & Custom Jewelry cannot be returned.
You are responsible for return shipping charges which will be debited from your return amount. Damaged or incorrect items will receive free returns.
Breast Plates Return Policy:
Due to the fact that each breastplate is made specific to your order, we can not offer a refund once a breastplate has been manufactured.
This does not mean however that we are not here to assist you. If you feel you have ordered the wrong color or size, we will be happy to exchange it at our discretion.
All breastplates include a one year quality guarantee, covering any defects in quality and/or workmanship.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit minus shipping charges will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank or credit card account again then contact the respective financial institution, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale & Clearance items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale & clearance items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Depending on where you live, the time frame to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service that offers tracking or purchasing shipping insurance.
We offer no guarantees towards the receiving of your returned item.
