How the Diamond Subscription Boxes Work:

1. Review & Compare Options

2. Pick your Box*

3. Fill out the Form with all your information

4. We send a Recurring Payment Authorization form** via email (normally 1-3 business days to process)

5. Start Receiving your Monthly Diamond Subscription Boxes

* Each month you will receive a box with surprise items. Select months you will have the option for add ons which will be sent via email.
Items range from Rhinestones, Merchandise and Jewelry. It could be a mix or items or all of one. Plus a gift card and other great benefits.
 

**Monthly Subscriptions will not be processed with out this form.  Monthly Subscription are billed on the 1st of every Month if you submitted this form before the 1st then you will be set up for the following month. If the form is received after the 1st but before the 5th you will be billed that day for the current month and then again on the 1st for the following month.
